The About U Junior Prep Program builds the athletic foundation for student-athletes ages 10–13.

Designed as the first step in the About U performance pathway, this program develops coordination, confidence, and movement literacy through structured, coach-led sessions.

Each tier offers a progressive challenge, preparing young athletes for the demands of high school and beyond.

2 sessions per week
Focused on mastering fundamentals and building confidence through movement.
Athletes develop coordination, balance, and body awareness in a positive, small-group setting.
Ideal for new or multi-sport athletes building their foundation.

Development Plan – $275 / month

3 sessions per week
For athletes ready to push further.
Emphasizes strength, speed, and technical progressions that enhance performance and prevent injury.
Coaches introduce structured lifting, agility, and mobility drills tailored to age and skill level.

Academy Plan – $325 / month

4 sessions per week
Our most complete youth training experience.
Combines performance training, recovery sessions, and periodic testing to track measurable growth.
Designed for committed athletes preparing to transition into the About U Prep Program.
